My Malibu was built in Kansas City, Kansas. The parts come from all over the world including right here in our own country

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but, as of 2014, all of GM's electronics are made in China and assembled in Mexico.
I just looked in the doorjamb of my Honda Fit Sport. It was made and assembled in Japan.

Honda is not a GM. Under the hood of my car it says built in Kansas City, Kansas. Parts are globally manufactured and assembled.

Just don't go bragging that that you have an American made car. There's no such thing. Kinda like Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny....

Mine has parts made from the following countries: Australia, Canada, China, Germany, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Taiwan, USA...these are the countries listed on the car and in the manual.

I know it was built here and painted here, it is also the Eco edition in the Limited

Yes. I have read that she is one of the top ranked Polo players in the U.S. male or female. We have a 2016 Malibu in the shop that hit a concrete filled pole. The left front wheel was about 2 1/2 inches back. And the traction control light was lit on the dashboard. From our GM dealer we got a lower control arm, (made in Canada), and a wheel speed sensor,(made in China). We replaced these parts and Johnny took it down Sumter Hwy. a few miles and came back all smiles. The traction control light went out around 30 mph and it drove like a dream. We're still gonna send it to the alignment shop after we re-repaint the front bumper cover because that was part of our estimate. The customer will have a computer readout of their front end geometry.

Unless something happened to your computer on the Malibu, when they hook each wheel up to the dealership computer it is supposed to automatically align. I have mine done at every oil change and have never had an issue with tire pressure or alignment. Once the tire pressure and alignment are where they are supposed to be at, the horn will sound off once as each wheel is done

You are in a unique situation having to make front end repairs, but if everything was fine there would be no need for an alignment.
