Last winter the ground was frozen solid for 4.5 feet until we got earth that had a silky smooth texture that was quite cold

Spectrum is at it again...sooo if you don’t hear from me.... 
I don’t know what kind of set up they are working on.....Now they want to dig between the houses...We have an in ground sprinkling system....It’s a no go....Not the brightest bunnies in the forest...Plan B. And why are they working on Sunday.....
