Wouldn't you be in the same situation if they started it at Noon EDT like they usually do? It's a bummer any time the race is run on Monday.

...It is still pouring rain and the weather radar doesn’t look good......Green for a long, long way...And with starting that late there is no wiggle room....

Do they have lights ? I don't think they do. I know it stays light until almost 9 but that does leave very little wiggle room.
