2018 - Cole's Race Game

I'm going to throw the RED FLAG on the Daytona Race.
The rules of the game were not clean, everyone did not understand them.

Some pick 1.,2.,3.
Some pick 1.,2.,3., and Cole.

Also explain how the random pick works.

I think Daytona should be a washout or everyone get
100 points for participation and then we start at Atlanta with clear rules.

Plus, and example of the exact format you want.

Remember this is the Cole Race Game not the Xfinity Race Game.

Because Cole does race in the Xfinity Series, that is what this game is about this year. I did add in starting for Atlanta as I saw my mistake in leaving out where we thought Cole would finish and if you go back to page 2, you will see how picks are to be made. Here is an example:

1st: Sadler...2nd: Dillion...3rd: Hemric...POLE: Dillion...Cole for 8th
Atlanta Race ... Harvick 10th

Those that played this game this week, did have some understanding as to how it would be played and a couple of us did score some points in that regard. I am not going to flush the points because it was not understood by some.

I have updated the rules in the original post to include Cole and the points system on page 1, but here is a short version of it.

Pick who you think will be in the top 3,
also pick who you think will win qualifying,
then make a pick for where you think Cole will finish.
Now there are the five races that Harvick is racing in and Atlanta is one of them, pick where you think he will finish in that race as well. This is just a way to earn some bonus points.

The top 3 you pick, that driver must be in that position at the end of the race.
For the Beaver Frozen Pond Swamp Bonus (random finishing position), this is where I will state a finishing position and if a driver in your top 3 is in this position then you get those points for this.

KD, that's the way I always try to do it. Look at practice. Afterwards I'm able to analyze practice data to make my pole pick. After quals, I make my race picks.
