What happened to Daylight savings time in the board preferences?

DST is now handled automatically within later versions of phpBB forum software. Living on the east coast, in a location where DST is observed, this is how my timezone settings are set:

I have verified that my posts are getting the correct time and date stamp. For example, this one should be marked 5:41 PM.

My timezone settings are the same as yours
My time stamp was off an hour this morning, but tonight it's back to normal
And I didn't do anything
