I "borrowed" the old Garage Gang logo for the upper left corner on our new site. Hope they don't mind.

You may want to get permission from SHR just in case and get it in writing. If they say it is the property of somebody else like Animink, then go to them for permission. Just saying it would be better to be safe than sorry.

I have had to go through this process in the past myself. Some have not had any issue while others do.

couple years ago i made a shirt for a military charity and even tho the logo i used was total different i had to ask the minnesota wild for permission,so it wouldnt hurt to ask so your not stepping on toes and keeping yourself safe..

At the bottom of the page there is a copyright....Copyright @ Stewart Haas Racing LLC all rights reserved

The next line under that it says no part of the website is not to be duplicated or redistributed in any form and the next line under that it says Approved by Tony Stewart and Gene Haas.

However, the Site Map Page, the Fag Page, Terms of Use Page, Privacy Policy Page, Contact Us Page, Home Page etc... all say "this page does not exist"

if they say no...we may want to start designing our own logo just in case...maybe make a game out of it...see if we can get somebody to donate a prize, maybe somebody has a piece of memorabilia they would like to donate...we also could set up a way of way of showing the entries and the most votes cast for a graphic
