For the last few weeks I have been going through a battle of my own. I have been dealing with some back and spine issues. I have had x-rays, ct scans, and an mri. They have found derogation of some disks and some disks that are bulging as well as some bone spurs in there. The disks I am having trouble with are T12, L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, and S1. I am having trouble sitting, standing, walking, and even laying down for any period of time. They have put me some pain meds today finally, not that it seems to be doing much good at the moment. Any thoughts and prayers would be helpful.

Hope the doctors can get your pain level under control. You're kind of young to be having these problems. Thoughts and prayers, for sure.

Beav, prayers have been sent. I used to have extreme back pain when I worked for an office furniture company. Another friend of mine had two doctors recommend surgery, the other recommended stretching exercises. It turns out that stretching relieved his pain. Anything is better than becoming addicted to pain meds. May the good Lord bring you strength and guidance.

I have been trying to do stretching, but it is not working...yet. I have figured out why all the pain on the left side. The disks that are causing so much difficulty for me are crushing down on the nerves on that side and a picture for each disk shows where it goes down that side. Like disk S1 goes down into the heal of the foot and disks L4 and L5 go down into the calf muscle. So I am learning why the trouble in so much of that side.

Some thoughts, and or, prayers are needed here. My 85 year old Dad fell in his bathroom Wednesday morning around 4 am. I sleep right over him and was awake with a toothache. I literally flew down the stairs to help him. He now has stitches above and below his left eye.
Can you believe the doctors wanted to look at my knuckles?
He fell again this afternoon around 4 pm. It was harmless this time.
Does anyone have any idea how to help me help him to regain his equilibrium? - Alan.

Thoughts and prayers please for Mrs HH (Linda). Her 95 year old father passed away this morning.
