I had to make like a Monkey today. In the rain, I climbed a ladder to the roof to measure the diameter of the pipe flashing that had begun to leak. I went to our local Lowe's to get a new vent stack boot. I saw something even better! It's called the Perma-Boot! Google it y'all. It's made in America!!! It took me more time to climb the ladder than to install it. I have to admit, I'm not the agile Monkey that used to jump from ladder to ladder in my vinyl siding days.
