Paid $2.39 Friday in Fredericksburg, VA

Paid $2.33 last night in Hopewell, VA

And it's $2.79 next to our hotel in Gaithersburg, MD

It dropped here to $2.44 on Friday. Diesel is still at $2.04

Ain't it funny...when something happens the price rises 10 cents a day, (the legal limit here). Yet, when all is better, the price only decreases about a penny a day?!? I hope that one day all the millionaires running big oil choke to death on their millions!!!!! BTW, Monday regular was 2.37...Thursday 2.39...what the.....happened? Glad I filled-up Monday!

We have gone up a nickel since Monday 2.47 in regular

However, prices of heating fuel and diesel remain unchanged

Yes but, what's up with the increase since Monday? Maybe it has something to do with the relief efforts in the wake of hurricane Maria....

Maybe and with the rebuilding of refineries in the south it could take longer than expected

Ya' know, if I had billions and wanted to build a refinery in a hurricane prone zone, I would have my engineers make it to where it could withstand anything shy of a direct missile hit!!!! I guess that's just me.
Meanwhile, how are the refinery employees getting paid? Things that keep me up at night......

$2.61 in Gaithersburg, MD yesterday

$2.27 in Fredericksburg, VA yesterday

$2.31 IN Hopewell, VA an hour ago

$2.16 in Petersburg, VA 15 minutes down the road.

My cousin in Spokane, WA said she is paying $2.95 unless she drives the 20 minutes into McGuire, ID and then the price drops to $2.39 which is what she paid yesterday.

Another cousin who lives in Mt Airy, MD told me that it is $2.65 in town, but if she buys it closer to her Mom's house outside of the village then it is $2.40 which is what she paid this morning.

I am still waiting to hear from my friend in Nevada and my sister in SC.

My friend out in Reno, NV said he paid $2.79 this afternoon

My sister in Central, SC said she paid $2.29 on Thursday, but said it has changing almost daily in an upward direction.
