Somewhere, somehow I completely missed this announcement. It's totally their personal business, but I thought they made a great couple. I certainly wish Sherry all the best in her cancer battle:

Martin Truex Jr. and Sherry Pollex have elected to end their long-term relationship, the NASCAR Cup Series driver confirmed via his Instagram story on Friday.

The Mayetta, New Jersey native, who pilots the No. 19 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota Camry TRD full-time at NASCAR’s top level, released a short statement on Friday, which reads as follows:

“To my fans and partners… Sherry and I have made the decision to end our relationship. I will continue supporting Sherry moving forward. I would ask that you respect our privacy as there will be no further comment about this matter.”
