If you have your original avatar on your PC, you can upload it into your profile just like the old website. That's what I did.

I'm not sure what kind of a device you are using (computer or phone) but the same way you got to the old site, probably by bookmarking the website address (URL) http://shrvipgarage.prophpbb.com/

The video button also supports Vimeo videos. I'm just testing by posting this 5 year old video. I'm trying to find a complete list of video sites supported by this newer forum software.
