Tonight ,Mom is gonna cook some Polish sausage with a box of taters from Aldi. (au gratin, I think)..we"re gonna have black-eyed-peas with that....and as always...toasted garlic rolls with real butter....(

We grilled Sunday....
Now, Mom thinks we need to grill every Sunday if the weather is right....
We are under severe drought conditions.....

I guess things will be fine as long as I I keep my fireworks stash hidden.....Mom likes to to silence The neighbor's dogs.

Oh, that Monday night meal was special. I cleaned-up the leftovers.....I ate them....I couldn't get out of bed the next morning until 10:00 am.

Wednesday night...Sam's Best pork egg rolls! I ate four of those with sweet and sour sauce on one half, and Teriyaki baste and glaze on the other half. Those were great! I followed that with a dessert of cookies. Aldi sells a chocolate covered cookie with coconut on it for a third of the price the Girl Scouts are hustling them.

Momma sent me to Food Lion today because their Boston Pork Butts were on sale for $.99/lb. Momma and I are gonna make some more onion sausage!
She has one of those Kitchenade machines with a grinder attachment.

Tonight...it's lookiin' like toasted English Muffins with Sugar smoked Ham, Bologna, and Swiss cheese...with a hint of Grey Poupon Mustard....
