Is this still a Democracy??.....Nothing, NASCAR does makes any sense to me..SMH

@NASCAR has hired @Deloitte to audit teams’ finances and create a common accounting platform, per sources.
Teams agreed to the unprecedented step to help find a new competitive balance framework and determine if a budget cap will be introduced.
