I am doing so much better now after a year except when I have to spend a lot of hours on the road driving. In the past three days time I spent 20 hours behind the wheel trying to help my father-in-law, my back has been killing me. Having a day of rest today has been a God send.

I love those days when I have peace and time to reflect. You have my admiration for being more than your brother's keeper - Alan.

I had to get-up at 4:00Am this morning. Pop needed to go but couldn't get out of bed. He was as weak as a newborn.
I got chest to chest to get him on his feet.
Then, Mom moved the wheelchair to the the wrong spot....she had the armrest in his butt crack. I had to pull him towards me so she could correct the position of the wheelchair.
He seems to get weaker...I don't know how long Pop will be with us...........I'm 60 and I'm scared......
