I was blocked....???

This morning I was trying to do my posting and I was blocked....WHY???....There are times I will be posting a lot of information .....I am a member and this is not necessary....

I'm not sure what you mean by "blocked." No one was intentionally "blocked." There may have been some sort of glitch, but there was no scheduled maintenance, upgrade or planned down time. I wasn't on this morning, so I don't know if there was a glitch or not, but no one was "blocked."

It was the strangest thing, I was typing the info and this pop up came on and said you have been blocked and you will have to pass this test in order to continue......It was pictures of cross walks, then traffic lights, then cars....Then it said you are not a robot and let me back in ... ........I also noticed a high volume of “Guest” this morning....

That's a reCAPTCHA verification. I have no idea why you would have gotten that. Had to be a momentary glitch.

Exactly……I have noticed when I get on the website the guests triple up to 30-50 ……It was so strange….

The number of guests has no impact on the site. I am a member of several phpBB forums and they have a much higher guest count than we do with no impact. It is simply a count of how many internet connections were made over the past 5 or 15 minutes (depending on which option is selected).
