Works great on windshields when the ice/sleet/snow starts to stick and your wipers jump.

wipers jump...can't say I have ever had this issue, but then we always use a type of blade so ice can't build up in them like the type of blade which is installed at the factory...I usually install RainX Latitudes to avoid this problem

It's from ice sticking to the windshield, not the blades.

well I don't have that problem either for some reason because the heat in our Chevys and Dodge work all too well and to keep it going, we will just crack open a window

Re: HOW ARE WE ALL DOING TODAY - JUST BECAUSE WE CARE
what do you mean on its way...it has been snowing since 1:16pm and I know the exact time because I was sitting in the car talking on the phone with my insurance rep. It was not supposed to start until after 3pm, but since when can the weatherman predict the weatherman predict the weather.
They also said it would be heaviest between 4pm and 9pm snowing more than an 1 inch per hour. That said, at this moment after it has been snowing for close to five hours we have less than an inch and half. I am hoping this fizzles out and we get next to nothing. I am not sure my body could handle another storm that drops another foot on us right now.

Sorry. I thought your town was farther north. But you're right about the weather people not admitting that they just don't know what He may send our way.
I hope this is light fluffy stuff. Be Safe! - Alan.

If you look on a map for North Conway, NH..we are not far from there to the east of them on Route 302. Fryeburg is right next to them and we are right next to Fryeburg. Nothing like being a border town with our own ski resort. The next closest ski resort in Maine is more than an hour and a half north of us. In NH, right there in Conway.
For us, we close enough to avoid all the state sales taxes because NH doesn't have a sales tax unless you visit a restaurant or motel. Talk about saving a boatload of money when you buy an RV, ATV, Boat, car, truck, suv, and building materials. If you can pick it up and haul it away, then no delivery fee and no sales tax. However, if they have to deliver it, then they hit you with delivery fees and sales tax. So it is best to do cash and carry, or tow it away.

Re: HOW ARE WE ALL DOING TODAY - JUST BECAUSE WE CARE
The last one was a foot of light and fluffy.
This one, depending on where you live...you could rain, freezing rain, sleet, snow, a mixure of all. So far we have had all snow. But we have been in the low to mid 20s. You would think this would be a good thing. However, it is what the upper air temp is that will determine what kind of snow we get, light and fluffy or heavy and wet. I like the light and fluffy, but I also would like the little to nothing but not counting my chickens either.
