Every time I re-supply my liquor stock, I buy the 1700ml bottles. When I break the seal, I always remove that white plastic thing in the top of the bottle.
If you were to hear me close, as I toss it in the trash, you would hear, "I hate restrictor plates!"
Why put one on an economy-sized bottle of booze?
