Friday night, if you notice the time signature, I partook of some Piminto cheese sammiches.
Saturday. Yeah, leftover Chicken....I'm gonna make the most of it!
Gimme fuel,Gimme Fire.gimme things that I desire.....and we're talking about cooking....My buddy, Texas Pete will be there....

Sunday: Momma slow roasted a London Broil that had marinated for 3 days....it fell to pieces....White rice with beef gravy...steamed, sweet baby carrots.
I swear I'm gonna gain 10 pounds before Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving Day: A spiral sliced honey cured ham with collard greens, cheese pie (that's a macaroni and cheese bake dish), and candied yams....along with all the usual condiments...Dill and sweet pickles, olives...green and black, and the old staple of the meal, cranberry sauce!

Friday night, I had egg rolls and pizza rolls.

SATURDAY------New York Strip steak. oh, and garlic bread....who feels that they have to have a salad?

Tonight? I haven't looked at the menu.....We sure have some fine left-overs!

Sorry to be out of touch for so long...We grilled steaks for Christmas...and a bunch of hot dogs. I'm having hot dogs tonight,I've been steaked-out for a day and a half!
